Leasing Professional for Solena West Miami

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Solena West Miami community, a high‑rise stabilized property with 206 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering excellent resident experiences throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, showing apartments, processing applications, and completing credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for accurate lease processing and apartment inspections.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
