Leasing Professional for Parc Haven Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Parc Haven community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show units to Greystar’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a property team.

Required skills

• Experience with property management platforms such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
