Leasing Professional for NOVI at Concord

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the NOVI at Concord multi‑site development, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including online listings, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, resident data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to company standards, handling merchandising and daily inspections.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters, meet with renewing residents, and ensure timely signing of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional travel to other properties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
