Leasing Professional for Lago Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Lago community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring smooth move‑ins, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding tasks with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Ensure show units and the community meet Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

• Strong customer‑service orientation to ensure resident satisfaction.
