Housekeeper – Lago

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of its Lago property in St. Augustine. The role supports the leasing office, common areas, and vacant apartments to ensure the community remains attractive to prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments on a daily basis or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager and Assistant Manager with make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Occasional travel to other properties for training or assistance.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00.
