About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure apartments are move‑in ready, inspect units, and coordinate any necessary repairs before occupancy.
• Facilitate smooth move‑in experiences and handle lease signings.
• Maintain resident relationships to encourage lease renewals and promote retention.
