Leasing Manager – Community Marketing & Sales

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for a residential community in Englewood. You will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic planning and hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and adjust pricing, concessions, and incentives.
• Create and manage advertising strategies using technology and property‑management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness, conduct inspections, and implement merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing and marketing functions for residential properties.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and advertising channels.
• Ability to lead a leasing team and coordinate cross‑functional efforts.
