Leasing Professional – Embark

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Embark will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets for this garden‑style community in Morrisville, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to achieve occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain showroom quality by daily inspections of the marketing corridor and model units.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents early, and ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and respond to on‑call needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
