Leasing Professional – Elevon Apartments

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Elevon Apartments, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including prospect qualification, tours, application processing, credit and background checks, lease preparation, and move‑in coordination.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and schedule any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality through daily inspections, merchandising, and coordination with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and lease signing.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents before move‑out dates, and ensuring timely execution of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident and owner concerns, documenting and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing activities.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel to assist other properties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms) to generate traffic.
