Leasing Professional – Corban Row

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Corban Row, a new townhome community in Concord, NC. This role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction targets throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, resident data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show units and common areas to company standards, handling merchandising and upkeep requests.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, or notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Prepare renewal packages, contact renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of lease extensions.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing issues or routing them to appropriate staff.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel to other properties.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
