Leasing Professional – Community Leasing

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Retreat at Riverbend community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups and move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including online listings, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) and track leasing activity.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents early, and ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi).
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
