Leasing Professional – Birchway Sanger Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Birchway Sanger community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to inspect and prepare apartments for occupancy.
• Knowledge of local rental market conditions.
• Experience designing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow company policies.
