Leasing Professional – Belmont

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal efforts in Belmont, driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, guiding them through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile
