Leasing Professional – Bellrock Memorial

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Bellrock Memorial community in Houston. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
