About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Baldwyn community team in Seattle. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for attracting new residents, ensuring satisfaction throughout the lease term, and driving renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, process applications, and finalize lease agreements for prospective residents.
• Provide ongoing resident support to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Track and report leasing activity, occupancy metrics, and renewal pipelines.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
