Leasing Professional – Arista Uptown

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for the Arista Uptown community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and renewals, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Maintain show units to company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• All state and local licensing and certifications required for leasing.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, including on‑call duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
