About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a stabilized garden‑style community of 170 units, working Tuesday‑Saturday to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance issues.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to company standards, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, escalating issues to appropriate staff.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and any state‑required leasing licenses or certifications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties.
