Leasing Professional - Agora Stone Oak

About the role

Agora Stone Oak, a Greystar community in San Antonio, Texas, is hiring a full-time Leasing Professional. The role coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, covering leasing to new residents, resident satisfaction and lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule outstanding items with maintenance.
• Track market and competitor conditions, develop marketing plans and follow concession and special programs.
• Run marketing activities such as resident referrals, employer outreach and online advertising, and use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition and follow up with prospects and new residents.
• Support lease renewals with renewal letters and packages, and respond promptly to resident and owner concerns.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses and certifications required for the job.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for long periods, work indoors and outdoors in all weather, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
• Flexible schedule including call-outs on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $16.00 - $19.00, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on the role type.
