About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a stabilized high‑rise community of 502 units located at 1177 Market Street. The role focuses on achieving occupancy targets, revenue goals, and resident retention through proactive leasing and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and negotiating lease terms.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout the lease term.
• Secure lease renewals and maintain accurate leasing records.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with prior property‑management or leasing experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount and incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience using CRM systems.
