Leasing Manager – Whitehall Parc

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for Whitehall Parc, a stabilized garden‑style community of 298 units in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on achieving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets while overseeing the leasing team and property appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, pricing, and concessions to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor market conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative leasing strategies.
• Generate and analyze sales and leasing reports using the company’s property management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness and overall community appearance.
• Participate in the leasing process: qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify performance issues and present findings to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewal programs and resident communication.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate leasing team members.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing positions.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel to support other properties.
