Leasing Manager – Whitehall Parc

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, sales and leasing activities for Whitehall Parc, a 298‑unit garden‑style community in Charlotte, NC. This full‑time position is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, set rent pricing, concessions and monitor daily leasing activity to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness, create mini‑models and merchandising techniques to enhance salability.
• Participate in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic and closing reports, identify performance issues and present results to owners and stakeholders.
• Manage lease renewal program, coordinate resident events and handle move‑out assistance.
• Supervise leasing team: recruit, train, evaluate performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Valid state licenses or certifications required by local jurisdiction and a driver’s license for on‑site transportation.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, including on‑call duties.
