Leasing Manager – Student Living

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, and sales activities for Meta Christy House, a student living community, to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, pricing, and concessions to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor market conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative leasing strategies.
• Create print and internet advertising campaigns and generate leasing reports using property management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness, conduct inspections, and use merchandising techniques to enhance salability.
• Participate in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑ins.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing reports to resolve performance issues and present results to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewal programs, resident communications, and move‑out assistance.
• Supervise leasing team: recruit, train, and manage performance in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in community marketing, leasing, and sales within multifamily or student housing.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and advertising channels.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data to drive leasing performance.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills for resident and owner interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software for reporting and leasing activities.
• Ability to develop and execute print and digital advertising strategies.
