Leasing Manager – Millhouse Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the Millhouse community in Portland. The role combines marketing, sales, and leasing operations to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals for a high‑performing rental portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives while monitoring daily leasing performance.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Utilize property‑management software to generate sales and leasing reports and track key metrics.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community’s appearance, safety, and unit readiness.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing and marketing functions for residential communities.
• Strong understanding of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational reports to inform decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with maintenance, sales, and resident teams.
