Maintenance Supervisor – Multifamily Housing

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Prescott community. The role is responsible for overseeing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while managing resident work orders.
• Coordinate and follow up with outside vendors and warranty issues.
• Develop and enforce standards for property cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform hot‑water system repairs, basic carpentry, and roofing maintenance.
• Supervise up to five maintenance employees.
• Assist in budgeting for routine repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, basic carpentry, and various roofing materials (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Strong professionalism in appearance and conduct.
