About the role
We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the lease‑up of a 531‑unit community. The role oversees marketing, advertising, pricing and the leasing team to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to drive traffic and leases.
- Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives based on market analysis.
- Monitor daily sales and leasing activities to ensure revenue and occupancy goals are met.
- Collaborate with maintenance to keep “ready” units marketable and maintain community appearance.
- Generate and analyze leasing reports using property management software.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of property manager or leasing manager experience.
- Lease‑up experience preferred.
- Experience with affordable housing preferred.
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager, CRM or Rent Cafe platforms.
