Leasing Manager – Community Marketing & Leasing

About the role

The Leasing Manager leads marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities for the Soltra Firewheel community, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, set rent pricing, manage concessions, and oversee on‑site traffic to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, create print and internet advertising strategies, and use property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness, conduct inspections, and employ merchandising techniques to enhance salability.
• Participate in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify performance issues and present strategies to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewal programs, resident communications, and resolve resident or owner concerns promptly.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate leasing team members in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Valid state and local licenses/certifications as required for leasing roles.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to respond to calls as needed.
