Leasing & Lifestyle Coordinator

About the role

The Sales & Lifestyle Consultant drives occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction by blending leasing activities with vibrant community programming. This hybrid position manages the full sales cycle while creating daily social, wellness and cultural events for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales activities: greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen tenants, prepare leases and coordinate move‑ins.
• Maintain prospect data in CRM systems (Entrata, Hyly) and execute follow‑up communications.
• Plan, coordinate and execute 2–5 daily resident events, manage event calendar, newsletters and marketing materials.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, secure sponsorships and manage resident volunteer programs.
• Welcome new residents, coordinate unit readiness, moving services and deliver welcome packages.
• Organize marketing collateral, leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram, community website) and participate in networking events to generate leads.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on tours, move‑ins/outs, inventory and assist with activity budgeting.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Entrata and Hyly.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Facebook, Instagram) and basic digital marketing.
• Event planning and coordination abilities.
