Leasing Consultant – Residences at Nomi

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will drive leasing, renewal and resident engagement for the Residences at Nomi community. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospects, you will guide them through tours, applications and move‑in while supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute marketing activities, events and referral programs to generate traffic and leads.
• Utilize the property management software and CRM to track availability, capture prospect data and analyze leasing metrics.
• Prepare lease renewal packages, contact renewing residents early and ensure timely execution of renewals.
• Maintain show units to Greystar standards, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure a welcoming leasing office environment.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues, providing courteous customer service.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing or customer service within residential real‑estate.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read, write and process legal leasing documents and perform basic mathematical calculations.
