Leasing Consultant – Property Marketing & Resident Services

About the role

The Leasing Consultant drives occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction for Cadence Creek at Towne Lake. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in while supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑offs to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs and employer outreach to generate traffic.
• Utilize property management software and CRM to track availability, capture prospect data and analyze leasing metrics.
• Maintain show units to Greystar standards, coordinate maintenance requests and ensure a welcoming leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours and manage lease renewal communications.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues in line with Greystar’s service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, leasing, marketing or customer service with a focus on residential rentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for legal documents, presentations and resident interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and property management applications.
• Experience using CRM systems and internet marketing tools for lead generation.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for sales conversions.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
