Leasing Consultant – Overture Mueller 55+

About the role

The Leasing / Sales Consultant drives marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for an Active Adult community, ensuring occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and supports them throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Design and execute marketing events, referral programs, and internet marketing initiatives to generate traffic.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, capture prospect data, and analyze leasing metrics.
• Maintain show units to Greystar standards, coordinating with maintenance for upkeep.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours and manage lease renewal activities using the AA renewal playbook.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, providing courteous customer service and problem resolution.
• Assist the Lifestyle Coordinator with event setup and community outreach.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, marketing, or customer‑service experience in a leasing or real‑estate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic mathematical ability for processing sales conversions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, property‑management applications, and database management.
• Experience using internet tools for marketing, advertising, and lead generation.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
