Leasing Consultant for Luxury Apartment Community

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at The Desmond at Wilshire, a luxury Class A community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease renewal, while delivering a high‑touch experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease packages to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet Greystar standards.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and online advertising.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, resident data, and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents, manage lease renewals, and address resident concerns promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a luxury or Class A residential setting.
• Strong sales and closing abilities, professional communication, and attention to detail.
• Weekend availability (Tuesday‑Saturday schedule, on‑call as needed).

Required skills

• Experience with property management/CRM software such as OneSite or Yardi.
