Leasing Consultant for Active Adult Community

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for Overture Providence, an active‑adult community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects, guide them through the leasing process, and support residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Design and execute marketing events, referral programs and internet‑based campaigns to generate traffic.
• Utilize the property management software and CRM to track availability, capture prospect data and analyse leasing metrics.
• Prepare lease renewal packages, contact renewing residents early and follow the Active Adult renewal playbook.
• Maintain show‑ready units, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure the leasing office is prepared for daily activity.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or hospitality preferred.
• 1‑3 years of sales, leasing or customer‑service experience in a residential setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for legal documents and resident interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management applications and CRM systems.
• Competence in word processing, spreadsheet and database management tools.
• Experience using internet marketing tools for advertising and lead generation.
