Leasing Consultant – Active Adult Community

About the role

The Leasing Consultant at Overture Dr. Phillips will act as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing journey and showcasing the vibrant lifestyle of the community. This role is essential for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and resident retention while representing Greystar’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the property, and processing applications.
• Collect and record all required information from new residents at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives to generate traffic.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation, credit screenings, background checks, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication and sales execution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to market changes.
