Lease Up Community Manager (Weymouth)

About the role
The Lease Up Community Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned multifamily property, driving occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position oversees the property team, manages budgets, and maintains high resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage property budgets, analyze financial statements, and monitor performance against targets.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate payments.
- Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, manage renewals, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and late fees.
- Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
- Respond to resident complaints, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure property standards for safety and appearance.
- Hire, train, and evaluate property staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, property tours, and performance reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, or customer‑service experience.
- Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
- Competence in Internet use, word processing, spreadsheet, and database‑management programs.

- Salary range $90,000 – $95,000 per year, with eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.
