Learning Experiences Creator

About the role

Replit is looking for a Learning Experiences Creator to turn product knowledge into engaging, findable learning content. You will craft clear documentation, tutorials, short videos, and interactive experiences that help users self‑serve and succeed without opening support tickets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain new documentation, FAQs, goal‑based tutorials, and revamped onboarding paths, prioritised by reader and ticket data.
• Manage the content lifecycle: perform freshness reviews, launch‑day updates, and retire stale material to keep the library accurate.
• Produce learning experiences across formats – written articles, short‑form video, micro‑learning, interactive courses, GIFs, and in‑product tips – selecting the best format for each need.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar that targets high‑impact topics and sequences releases for maximum user activation.
• Ensure content is discoverable through proper titling, tagging, and structuring for search and AI assistants.
• Measure engagement and outcomes (deflection, activation, CSAT) and iterate based on data and user feedback.

Required profile

• Proven creator of learning content with a portfolio that includes at least two formats, including written documentation.
• Strong writer who can make complex topics clear, engaging, and personable.
• Storyteller able to craft compelling hooks and memorable narratives in both text and video.
• Comfortable producing short‑form video using AI‑assisted workflows.
• Experimenter who tests new formats, uses data to improve, and adapts quickly to product changes.
• Outcome‑oriented, focused on real metrics such as ticket deflection and CSAT.

Required skills

• Experience with documentation tools (Markdown, docs‑as‑code platforms).
• Familiarity with AI‑native content creation tools.
• Basic video production and editing skills.
• Understanding of instructional design principles.
