Lean Manufacturing Coordinator – Bosch Production System

About the role

As a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator you will champion the Bosch Production System (BPS) across the plant, driving continuous improvement and supporting the overall CIP roadmap. You will train, coach and lead teams to embed lean principles in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute BPS implementation strategies for targeted departments.
• Conduct training sessions on BPS methodology, problem‑solving tools and lean techniques for operators, team leaders and supervisors.
• Lead Kaizen events, "speed weeks" and other improvement projects using VSM, Kanban and Standardized Work.
• Monitor BPS maturity, create KPI dashboards and report progress toward improvement goals.
• Maintain BPS documentation, prepare for internal and external audits and ensure compliance with Bosch standards.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance process efficiency and material flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPS, lean manufacturing or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering.
• Strong analytical ability to diagnose issues, develop action plans and apply problem‑solving techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training, presentations and cross‑functional collaboration.
