Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician works independently under limited supervision to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment and building systems for Bosch Power Solutions. This multi‑skilled position supports hydraulic injection molding machines, automated robotics, and other critical production assets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic injection molding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Use blueprints, manuals, and verbal instructions to diagnose mechanical problems and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, checking fluid levels, and replacing filters.
• Repair machines and building systems using precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, including transformers, wiring, and electronic components.
• Operate hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools to access and replace defective parts.
• Support die maintenance and troubleshoot roll‑forming equipment.
• Install, program, and repair automated machinery such as robots and programmable controllers.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement and corrective‑action activities.
• Perform housekeeping, 5S, and other assigned duties.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• At least four years of related maintenance experience covering mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• U.S. work authorization; future sponsorship unavailable.
