Lean Manufacturing Coordinator – Bosch Production System

About the role

The Lean Manufacturing Coordinator will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Bosch Production System (BPS) at our Albion plant. You will train, coach, and support employees to embed lean principles into daily operations and achieve production, quality, and logistics targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a BPS implementation strategy aligned with the plant’s continuous improvement roadmap.
• Conduct training sessions on lean tools, problem‑solving methods and BPS methodology for operators, team leaders and supervisors.
• Lead Kaizen events, speed weeks and other improvement projects using Value Stream Mapping, Kanban and Standardized Work.
• Monitor BPS maturity, create KPI dashboards and track progress toward improvement goals.
• Maintain BPS documentation, prepare for internal and external audits and ensure compliance with Bosch standards.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance process efficiency and material flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience with BPS, lean manufacturing or industrial engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Industrial engineering degree (B.S.) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop action plans and apply problem‑solving techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for training and cross‑department collaboration.
