Lead Team Member - Customer Service Representative

About the role

Circle K is hiring a Lead Customer Service Representative for its store in Carrollton, Ohio. The position is full time with flexible schedules covering days, evenings, overnight shifts and weekends. The role combines customer service, cashiering and entry-level shift leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register and act as cashier, making purchase suggestions and occasionally working with the food program.
• Maintain high store appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service across the store, inside and out.
• Provide regular, predictable onsite attendance.
• Lead shifts regularly to gain entry-level management experience.

Required profile

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• Entry-level management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
