Lead Stylist – Retail Fashion

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist for its Freehold Raceway Mall store. In this role you will guide the styling team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales through trend‑forward looks and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest and create looks that reflect current trends and promotions, aligning with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑channel experience, including the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with store management on escalated issues.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenishment, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
