On-Premise Sales Representative

About the role

The On‑Premise Representative builds and maintains strong relationships with bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, driving product availability, sales and brand visibility for Constellation Brands’ beer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with on‑premise accounts such as bars, restaurants and entertainment venues.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets by securing new placements in draft and package formats and growing volume at existing locations.
• Conduct regular account visits to ensure proper product placement, stock rotation and execution of point‑of‑sale materials.
• Plan and execute on‑premise events, samplings, staff trainings and promotions to drive brand awareness and trial.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends and consumer preferences, providing regular reports to sales leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 1 year of proven outside‑sales experience in food & beverage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and to travel regularly within the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to use business information and sales reporting tools.
