Lead Project Management – Marketing & Sales

About the role

Nestlé USA is looking for a Lead, Project Management to drive marketing and sales initiatives, executing top‑priority projects and strategic transformations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality project outcomes that generate measurable business value and ensure successful change adoption.
• Provide business acumen to contextualize projects, accelerate timelines, and free up functional SMEs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, offering analysis to support decision‑making.
• Lead stakeholder communication, presenting updates and insights to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, manage interdependencies, and establish robust governance structures.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing learnings and implementing best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in project management of process, IT, or M&A initiatives.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted business partner and convey complex concepts in simple terms.
• Strong influence skills across all levels, often without formal authority.
• High integrity, curiosity, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Scrum.
• Change management frameworks like ADKAR.
• SAP implementation experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• Prosci or HCI change management certification (preferred).
