Lead Consultant – MDM Stibo (Austin, TX)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive Stibo MDM initiatives for clients in Austin, Texas. You will lead project delivery, bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality data‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, proactively addressing resource gaps.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, conducting regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting activities, including product evaluation, benchmarking, and system configuration.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

• Proactive risk management to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Strong communication skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Governance focus on project scope and identification of additional opportunities.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions while balancing project economics with strategic priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Stibo STEP PIM platform.
• Deep understanding of data‑modeling concepts, hierarchies, contexts, classifications, workflows, and web UI.
• Experience with integration endpoints and event handling.
• Proficiency in Java.
