Lead Concierge – The Swift at Petworth Metro

About the role

The Lead Concierge supports residents and prospects at The Swift at Petworth Metro, delivering high‑quality concierge services and coordinating community programs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
• Monitor guest traffic and answer phone calls, routing them to the appropriate team member.
• Assist residents with checking in or out of luggage carts.
• Monitor the parking garage for team members and vendors.
• Monitor the fire alarm panel and security cameras.
• Manage all package deliveries, document arrival information, and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain a daily log of events and community security status, reporting concerns to management.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other resident‑relevant resources, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.
• Book the freight elevator for move‑in, move‑out, and furniture deliveries.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet and assist residents and prospects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to monitor security systems and manage logistical tasks such as package handling and elevator scheduling.

• Hourly pay range of $26.00 – $28.00.
