Lead Child Autism Therapist - Behavior Technician

About the role

Join BTA as a Lead Child Autism Therapist where you will mentor Behavior Technicians and deliver high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children. This part‑time position offers both in‑home and in‑center sessions, providing flexible hours while making a meaningful impact on families.

Key responsibilities

• Support and mentor Behavior Technicians during ABA sessions, providing hands‑on guidance and modeling effective strategies.
• Collaborate with Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure quality service delivery and maintain documentation.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services when assigned and give constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Assist with onboarding, shadow training for new BTs, and maintain required training trackers.

Required profile

• Active RBT certification and previous ABA/BT experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a proactive, initiative‑taking attitude.
• Reliable and able to work Saturdays as required.
