About the role
We are looking for a proactive Landscape Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of high‑end residential properties. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance property appearance and value.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury residential clients, conducting regular property walkthroughs and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage a portfolio of maintenance accounts, coordinating production teams, scheduling seasonal color rotations, irrigation repairs, and specialty services.
- Monitor property quality, crew performance, and job profitability while ensuring safety and company standards.
- Identify and sell enhancement projects such as landscape renovations, irrigation upgrades, lighting improvements, and tree replacements, preparing estimates and meeting sales targets.
- Maintain accurate account notes, schedules, budgets, and assist with contract renewals and forecasting.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape account management or a related leadership role.
- Experience serving high‑end residential or luxury clientele is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with landscape management software such as Aspire or LMN.
