About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Laboratory Technician III to support its fertility and women’s healthcare portfolio. The role involves performing high‑quality laboratory tests that underpin a range of contraceptive, fertility and birth solutions for healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory assays in compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Operate and maintain instrumentation used for assisted reproductive technology and genomic testing.
• Document test results accurately and ensure traceability of samples.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot assay issues and improve processes.
• Participate in quality control activities and internal audits.

Required profile

• Relevant laboratory experience, preferably in a medical or biotech environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast‑paced setting.
• Good communication skills for reporting results and interacting with stakeholders.
