About the role

Littler Mendelson is seeking an attorney with three to six years of labor and employment law experience to join its Bay Area offices in San Francisco or Walnut Creek. The associate will focus on wage‑and‑hour, PAGA and class‑action matters while leveraging AI‑driven technologies to improve efficiency and client service.

Required profile

Three to six years of labor and employment law experience, including wage‑and‑hour, PAGA and class‑action work.
Licensed to practice law in California.
Excellent academic credentials.
