Kinaxis Architect – Supply Chain Consulting Sr. Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Kinaxis Architect to lead supply chain consulting initiatives as a Senior Manager. You will work within the Operations practice to help clients improve visibility, efficiency, and agility across their supply chain networks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Kinaxis solutions that optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with clients to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop cost‑reduction and responsiveness strategies.
• Apply analytical thinking and operations strategy to drive performance and streamline workflows.
• Manage budgetary aspects, cost accounting, and modernization initiatives.
• Guide teams in strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and distribution channel optimization.
• Coach and develop high‑performing, inclusive teams while providing feedback and mentorship.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and refine transformation plans.
• Promote the use of technology and data analytics to create a connected, agile supply chain network.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or operations.
• Proven ability to lead large projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, autonomy, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
