Kids Aerial Instructor

About the role

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a passionate acro/aerial instructor to work with children ages 5‑18 at its Dance with Me studio in Bel Air, MD. The role is part‑time, primarily on Monday evenings, and runs from September through June. You will help inspire the next generation of dancers while fostering confidence and life‑skills through safe, engaging aerial instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Teach acrobatic and aerial techniques to students of varying skill levels, ensuring safety and progression.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans that are tailored to both individual and group needs.
• Create a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and personal growth.

Required profile

• Prior dance experience with a focus on acro/aerial arts; certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong communication, professionalism, punctuality, and a friendly demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and successful completion of a routine background check.
